As a Benefits Operations Analyst - Carrier Connections, your core responsibility is to ensure smooth communication between Rippling’s system and external insurance carriers. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, resolve data mismatches, and continuously improve processes through automation and collaboration with support, engineering, and carrier teams.

This is a detail-oriented role that blends customer service, operations, and technical know-how—perfect for professionals who enjoy solving real-world problems that directly impact client satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and resolve discrepancies in data reported by clients and insurance carriers.
  • Be the go-to person for complex cases and escalations, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Dive deep into the root causes of integration issues and contribute to solutions that enhance automation and client experience.
  • Provide white-glove support to Rippling’s clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to improve product outcomes.
  • Prioritize daily tasks through dashboards and project trackers.
  • Handle additional projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, benefits administration, or a similar role—especially with EDI or API integrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a knack for identifying patterns and inefficiencies.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.
  • Experience managing a task dashboard and balancing project priorities.
  • Availability during IST hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Comfortable working in-office at least 3 days per week if located near a Rippling office.
